Nanotech Sensors Afford Robots A Light Touch

People at the University of Nebraska have announced they've coated robot hands with a pressure sensitive, light emitting film of some kind that renders the sensitivity of human touch. They say that this will enable robots to do many things that human beings do, including medical surgeries.

Seattle public, eat your heart out:

Really cool, posibly cramped.

But does it fly? Is there drink service? Will the toilets still have that weird blue water and funny smell? Do I get just peanuts or a more substantial in flight meal?
