Day 2 & 3
Yesterday (Thursday) was day 2 of our instillation process for our class's downtown art show. We got everything up on the walls and read by 3pm. I think we made pretty good time. Not to mention we beat the program that has the first floor of the building. They planned to have their opening reception last night so i thought it was pretty awesome that we were done before them, considering our opening reception is tonight. Speaking of, if any of you readers are interested:

Fluid Exchanges: Fresh From The Studio
Opening reception: Friday, June 6th, 6-9pm (as late as we want)
The show will be up all weekend and the open house hours are
Friday 3-midnight or so
Saturday 11am-9pm
Sunday 10am-12pm
You should come down and see some amazing artwork. It will be a great time! And if you cant make it down, i promise i will post pictures next week of the event.
In semi-related news: (i think i mentioned this in the last entry) my best friend from home (las vegas) is coming to visit me today! I pick her up at the train station at 4 40 and i cant wait! Its going to be so nice to have her around for all of the festivities.
Erykah Badu and The Roots both put on amazing shows. It was at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA last night and it was great. Although, the weather could have been better, it was very very cold and windy. But a great time nonetheless.
