Network services update (James) Can we do a clone of PROD to test? Can we re-activate PPRD and clone to it as well? This was a request from Finance so they have a clean area to test year end work while we’re also testing upgrades.
What have we accomplished? (team) to be updated at the end of the month.
Jobsub stopped running (Randy) DONE.
SZRACST – review code & wrong data issue w/Elaine (Dale) DONE.
Final demand process for A/R – modify view (Dale/Tami) DONE.
FGAGASB issue (Randy/Laura) DONE. Oracle bug that has no fix at this time.
Dale and Randy to attend free Use case class at St Martins on March 23rd. DONE.
Deans database project Phase I (Tony) final meeting w/Anzus DONE.
Info request regarding KEYS grant (Dale/Steve H/Maryam) DONE.
Install PCHEES v6.01 (Dale) DONE.
Created 3 new Access queries for Health Ctr (Tony) DONE.
Banner self serv walk through (Partha/Fletcher) DONE. Excellent discussion 3/28/06

Large table clean up, GUROUTP (Dale) need to apply process to other tables

Professional development & training
PHP training sessions on Tuesday’s, 2pm. (Dave) ON-GOING
Team to attend Oracle Day 2006, April 14th in Bellevue. Randy driving. Meet @ Randy’s house.
Tony and Partha to attend TESC Project Mgmt part 2, April 17-18, 2006 on campus.
Team to attend SETA West, Nov 5th – 7th. in Portland, OR.
Other training needs? (Tony) Putting together budget requests for JAVA, XML/XSLT and Oracle forms training.
Housekeeping
Time off : Randy on March 30, April 21st and the week of Aug 7 – 11th.
Ralph on April 5th , April 14th and possibly longer.
James on April 3 – 7th for SungardSCT Summit in Orlando.
Office issues – blinds, shelves, whiteboards, furniture & equipment requests, etc. Still waiting for facilities re: whiteboards. 6 flat monitors and one new pc have been approved for purchase before June 30th for admin computing team.
