In the CommTech we were discussing the IT strategic plan that the ITCH's developed and some noted that there were changes/updates that we might want to make. This lead to the discussion of how do we go about updating the document. The process that was used to create it was spread across all of the ITCH's and the Core. Do we need that level of involment for updates?
