IT Position Recommendation
1.0 FTE - Project Manager - Web Application Specialist
This position would be a temporary project hire to research, prototype and test a Content Management System for the college. This position would be hired at the ITS IV level, the details of division and reporting lines yet to be determined.
Proviso:
As part of this decision, it was agreed that an internal assessment of the faculty/staff support model will be conducted over the course of the next year by members of the ITCH, resulting in a recommendation made to assess and improve the current faculty/staff support model. At the end of the year (June 30), a recommended course of action will be made which may include recommending that the current help-desk position in TSS be fully funded permanently.
