Meeting Minutes 12-5-2007
Budget Priorities 09-11:
We began the process of reviewing our budget priorities list from 07-09. We moved several items that seemed to be no longer needed to a separte tab in the Excel spreadsheet. We added comments to many existing items to indicate additional information we'll need to have before determining prioritization. At the January meeting, we will attempt to get that additional information, and begin adding new items.
One Time Technology Fund:
New proposal from James re bandwidth: We unanimously indicated strong support for James Gutholm's last minute proposal to fund increased bandwidth and staff training on bandwidth management for one quarter. Paul will convey this to the CORE when it meets next week to decide on the distribution of the one time fund.
General animated discussion about bandwidth solutions, print management, workflow management software, and digital repositories.
