IT Collaboration Hive

This group is currently devided into two subgroups.

The policy group communicates primarily via email (appropos isn't it?).  An archive of the messages can be accessed in the Email Communication Workgroup  public folder (authentication required). This group is charged with implementing email as an official form of communcications for business with students, including policies and procedures associated with using this form of communications.

The technical group is responsible for implementing the back end technology that is required to facilitate this including:

• Implementing single sign-on for the Gateway, allowing students to access to access email and gateway functionality using the same login.
  
• Implementing appropriate automated mailings technology to replace the paper mailings.
  
• Implementing MyEvals phase 2, to bring the evaluation experience under the same umbrella as other accoutn issues.
