The intent of this wiki is to get MPA students to define and extend the ideas we learn about in our course work, outside readings, and (most valuable) our experiences in (or with) government.
Wikis are most effective when some of the community of users who use the thing are themselves the contributors. There's also nothing wrong with lurking. That's a role, too, in a project like this.
